Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. To the extent that any provision in our Returns Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail and the particular offending provision in our Returns Policy will be deemed inapplicable.
Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your Goods, please let us know within 14 days of purchase by contacting us on 0121 382 4106 or here. Please provide full details of the Goods to be returned and the reason for this. Our Returns Policy gives you a further 14 days to return the Goods bought online for refund or exchange with a valid receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for non-damaged or defective Goods.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your Goods must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. The Goods must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories and labels. Goods must not be embroidered, bespoke or customised. ISL Workwear retain the right to refuse Returned Goods should ISL Workwear deem them to be unsuitable for resale.
To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The following Goods will not be eligible to be returned unless damaged or defective:
- Underwear;
- Seasonal products
- Any Goods which have been ordered as bespoke Goods by the Buyer (for example, embroidered and/or personalised Goods);
- Samples;
- Discontinued lines;
- Any Goods which have, as their function, the protection of health and safety and/or the hygiene of the wearer. By way of (non-exhaustive) examples, high visibility garments, earplugs, face masks and goggles.
We are not responsible for any returns back to us that are lost in delivery. We strongly recommend you use a tracking service so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned Goods are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Goods. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.
If the Goods are due to be returned because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the Goods to you and pay your (reasonable) costs of returning it to us.
