ISL Workwear must process personal data so that we can provide our services – in doing so, we act as a data controller.

- Personal details such as your name, title, personal and business telephone and e-mail address and address.
- Payment information such as credit/ debit card number, expiration date, security code and name as it appears on the card and address the card is registered to.
- Information you provide or we collect during our interactions with you or your employer, such as how long we have done business with you or how long you have worked at your company.
- Your name, job title and clothing measurements where we provide you Workwear garments. These will usually be provided to us by your employer.
- Any personal information you provide to us via our website, for example, by using the “Contact us” page on our website.
- Information provided to us by third party service providers we work with, for example, payment service or analytics providers.

Your data will be transferred across the ISL Workwear Group of companies (AM 2 PM Group Holdings Ltd) including AM2PM Recruitment Services Ltd, AM2PM Recruitment Solutions (Birmingham) Ltd, AM2PM Staff Solutions Ltd. Our legal ground for doing so is our legitimate interest to fulfil our administrative functions.
Data retention
We will hold your information for no longer than is necessary for the purpose we collect it and as is required by law.
In order for us to fulfil our role and abide by retention laws we will store your information for 6 years following the end of the last contact. If no services are provided at the end of an annual period, your details will be deleted.
